Refund Policy

Any cancellations 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery will receive a 100% refund of the total cost of the purchase.

The Delivery/Installation/Pickup Fee is 50% of the total rental cost and is non-refundable within 24 hours of scheduled delivery.
The remaining 50% is considered the unit portion of the rental.
Protection Add-Ons (Return Cleaning Service and All-Inclusive Warranty) are not included in the Delivery/Installation/Pickup Fee or the unit portion, and are non-refundable after arrival.

Bundled Products

If a refund is requested for a bundled product (such as a Fridge-Microwave Combo, Digital Safe, and Air Purifier all sold at a 15% discounted package price), the refund will be adjusted to reflect the applicable pre-bundled pricing of the remaining item(s).

This means:

The cost of any non-refunded item(s) will be recalculated based on their standalone or smaller bundle rate
The remaining refund will be issued accordingly
This ensures you're only receiving a refund for the items you're no longer keeping, and the items you keep will be charged at their regular or adjusted price

Refund Schedule for the Unit Portion

(50% of the Rental Product Cost)

Academic Year Rentals

100% refund of the unit portion if canceled by September 15th
75% refund of the unit portion if canceled by October 15th
50% refund of the unit portion if canceled by November 15th
0% refund of the unit portion after November 15th

Academic year orders cannot be changed to a single semester rental after September 15th, as full-year pricing reflects the costs of delivery, inventory planning, and equipment reservation for the full academic term.

Fall Single Semester Rentals

100% refund of the unit portion if canceled by September 15th
50% refund of the unit portion if canceled by October 15th
0% refund of the unit portion after October 15th

Spring Single Semester Rentals

100% refund of the unit portion if canceled by February 15th
50% refund of the unit portion if canceled by March 15th
0% refund of the unit portion after March 15th

Purchased Accessories Products

Add-on products that are purchased (not rented)—such as accessories or supplies—are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

100% refund if canceled 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery and remain in unused condition
After delivery, unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund, but will be replaced if defective and notified within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect

If your order includes both rental and purchased items, each portion will be refunded according to its applicable policy.
